Possible Herpes on Stomach & Chest?

A week ago I noticed that I had a red bumb on my lower abdomen near the underwear line. Within 3 days it went away, but when that one went away another one right under my belly button showed up. When that one went away one showed up on my left nipple, 3 days latter it went away, but now I have a painful one on my right nipple. They never cut or scab over, they some what resemble mosquito bites but they don't itch, their just hard and a bit painful. I'm worried it might be herpes, I know you can't tell me for sure if it is or is not, but I was hoping you could tell me more or less what it might be from the symptoms I described. Could it possible be herpes zoster?
