Possible Herpes?

I had unprotected sex with a woman about 2 weeks ago.  Afterward I noticed tingling and a general discomfort in my genital area.  A week later I started having burning in my urethra like hell during urination.  I went to the doc and they took blood and urine for tests and also gave me a Rocephin shot and 1000mg Zithromycin in case it was a  bacterial STD.  I still have the terrible burning, almost 4 days after the antibiotics.  I have had no sores on the exterior genitals, but I have a swollen node in my neck and a sore throat on that same side.  I got the HIV and HEP C results back and they are neg.  Does this sound right for Herpes 2?  I have no sores, but am worried the antibiotics are not helping...  does it usually take 4 or more days to see relief from bacterial STDs after antibiotics?  I will get the Herpes results in a few days, along with the culture results, but I am worried because I thought the symptoms would ease up by this long after the shot and 1000mg pills.  Also, there was a little blood in my urine I noticed only once.  No more blood since then but it still hurts like hell to urinate.  Please help and thanks.
