Possible STI
Hi,
I had unprotected sex with a girl on Friday morning and woke up on Saturday morning with a series of little puss filled pimples on my inner thigh and penis. Both lymph nodes are also swollen and the one on the right side of my groin is sore to touch. Everything I have read on-line points towards herpes but the girl in question assured me she was tested and got a clear bill of health. I'm going to get tested myself on Wednesday but I am preparing for exams at the moment and the thought of having a life long STI is really playing on my mind. Is there any other skin infection or anything else it could be?

There is no way herpes appears so quickly. Nor do herpes lesions have pus.
