Possible false positive.

I recently met a girl on may 27. We had unprotected sex. In a few days I started feeling tingling and abdominal pains. As well as slight burning. I immediately got a full STD test and came out positive for both hsv1 & 2. The results where hsv1 igg 3.16 & 2 igg : 2.83. Some people in the form say this is low positive. It's been about 14 days and I have not had a bump or lesion. What should I do next.

about half of people will seroconvert to test + on herpes blood tests within 2-3 weeks of being infected. Since you just had sex 2 weeks ago, you will need to wait another 3 months and repeat the testing you had done. If that returns with another low positive result ( under 5 ), you'll need to pursue a herpes WB or a biokit hsv2 igg blood test at some point after 4 months post encounter.  should you develop any genital symptoms before that point,  be seen within 48 hours of their appearance for a lesion culture and typing.

any way you can get the partner you were with tested for hsv2 to see what their status is?

Your HSV2 is a low positive and it should be confirmed with a test called Western Blot or through a test called Biokit. Ask your doctor about such tests.
WB can be performed through Quest Labs, apparently.

Still, even if you're indeed HSV2 positive, most likely you didn't catch from this particular encounter - it takes up to 4 months to have a positive antibody test after infection.
