Possible herpes or irritation?

I've had unprotected sex twice with two separate people in the span of a year. The day after sex with the last girl, I masturbated vigorously (as I normally do) without lube and noticed what looked like an abrasion on the right side of my glans. Initially I freaked out, got tested, the practitioner said it just looked like I rubbed myself raw. Every now and then after vigorous, dry masturbation, the same irritation reappears in the same spot. So I summed it up to be just an irritation due to how I masturbate. I've never felt symptoms of itching, burning, pain, or tenderness or anything.

I just noticed the same spot now and it is red. Doesn't itch or burn or anything. There are tiny, small bumps that look similar to Fordyce spots on the glans on the red spot. But they are not pus-filled or anything and look similar to when you get a burst blood vessel from too much friction. I'm wondering if this was irritation related (masturbated yesterday using a condom) I usually rub the glans during masturbation, as well. Does this sound like burst blood vessel? I'm going to a urologist this week to be for certain, but I'm scared to death. I've only been with 3 people all together my whole life.

Not very likely it does tend to follow a pattern especially when no medication has been taken prior to the outbreak,it wouldn't start then withdraw back without the help of an Antiviral ...... stop stressing lol

Yea, I definitely learned my lesson with that. Is it possible for herpes to appear in a day then disappear the next? I could of sworn there was usually a course that it followed and lasted longer than that, if it truly was herpes

Bottom line is don't have unprotected sex until you are in a committed relationship whereby you know your partners status ..... in the meantime treat your penis with a little more respect and it will stop being rebellious lol .....

Lol, you make very valid points. I was almost positive it was herpes last night that it made me sick. But this morning when I looked, there was hardly even a trace of any redness/bumps. From what I've read, Herpes wouldn't disappear that fast would it? I used Hydrocortisone yesterday and it may responded to that as most my other allergic reactions/irritations seem to do so.

I guess I'm just looking for a problem that's not really there. The two girls are clean and have a very short list of partners similar to me. and my results are clean as well. I'll go this week for an appointment still, but my mum saw it and thinks I'm just making a mountain out of a molehill. that it looks like nothing other than irritation.

Doesn't sound like Herpes to me but if you had unprotected sex with 2 different people in a year then that innitself is reason enough to get tested for all STD's not just Herpes.
It does seem that this constant masterbating is annoying your penis somewhat particularly with no lubrication if you rub any part of your skin for a long period of time it will cause trauma and it would seem that your poor penis is just getting over one thrashing when subject it to it all over again is it any wonder it's rebelling!!
