Possible to test Negative after 10 months

Is it possible to test negative in several and recent IGG type 1 and 2 por HSV after supposed exposure of 10 months?

If you are testing negative 10 months post possible infection, odds are you don't have herpes.  what led to all the testing in the first place? Did you have any genital symptoms?

all started with a visual diagnose 10 months ago. I ve had at that time  blisters two on my pennis. Afterthat I ve been getting small blisters in my buttocks and have this constant tingling in my buttocks back of the legs. I ve read so much I would say it is HSV2 but the tests keep coming negative. Do not what to do? I live in Mexico and I do not know about the accuracy of the tests, I ve done so far specific IGG with different labs here. (quest included). done all the tests you can imagine. even a general check up at one of the top clinics here and everything came out fine.Really dunno what to do at this point.... still having this symptoms
