Potential Genitsl Herpes Symptoms- 2 different test results

About a month ago I had "protected" anal sex with a girl. "Protected" because the condom got broken...
5 days after the incident I start to have this light itching in the tip of my penis. Eventually (1 week later) the itching-tingling started around the groin-anus-testicles area. Another week later it started to itch my legs- arms-hands-butt sometimes even my forehead. Sometimes even the groin area get a little swollen. My lips get really dry and little white spots appear peeling the skin. This white spots are easy to be removed, they are like a skin layer (I think). Also sometimes I feel tingling around my mouth. Overall has been a month and I havent seen any sore-blister (in my mouth or genitals) during this 3.5 weeks of symptoms. Everything is an internal feeling.
I did a STD test 13 days after exposure. At that time HSV-1 was 1.17 of .90 (range), positive. Then I did a second test 2 weeks later, and HSV-1 came negative. The rest of the stds still negative at the moment (hope still like that). I went to the urologist for an urine culture. The nurse said the results came ok. I have another appointment with urologist to evaluate options and follow up.
I posted this question to see what your expertise can tell me about this. I know it still early in the potential infection stage. But I was not really expected my second results to be negative when i Had those symptoms for about 3 weeks. Your expertise is welcome. Thanks in advance.

14 weeks later.... everything is negative :)
So.. actually I still with the symptoms mentioned above, and also I developed like 5 pimples in the head, 2 of them became like blisters. But in 1 week and 1 day were almost healed. Too bad, because tomorrow I have an appointment with the new dermatologist, maybe she could have take a sample from that. What else could cause pimples/blisters rather than herpes or syphilis? Also, if there is another more adequate forum, let me know. Thanks for your advices.

consult a different dermatologist if you aren't happy with this one.

I am almost convinced I dont have a STD and what happened to me was a infection from a "rough" action. Still I will do my 12 week std test in the upcoming weeks.
I maybe have to change forum... but this the latest development.
The itching/tingling still happening on my body, most of the time is mild, although sometimes gets intense. Now it also affects my scalp too. So I can feel some kind of itching anywhere on my body (whatever it is, it spread thru my whole body) There are spots in my skin (in my face too). Sometimes they appear reddish and the become brown. The ones in my face the dermatologist said were freckles, but is interesting that suddenly they appear at same time all this was happening. She also said that the small bumps in my mouth were oil glands, that may come out due sun damage. I havent been exposed to the sun for prolonged periods of time in a while. Then now I notice like I am developing like small hole in my face. Some areas of my penis head still cracked. I may try to see another dermatologist. I was not convinced by her diagnostic (actually none, she didnt have idea what could be, gave me scabies treatment, but she isnt sure). I believe I have some form of fungal infection that is driving crazy my skin... I dont know what to do. Its frustrating.

the dermatologist would've noticed if this was scabies. it's pretty obvious when you have it.
I kept reading about scabbies and I am almost convinced that is what I have, specially for the red dots that somehow resemble bites. I will also perform another STD test a month from now (which I know I am negative in everything). I maybe wont wait the month if I notice it keeps going for week and half more. Well, Thanks for your assistance, believe it or not, feels like a support, specially when u dont have anyone to tell these things. Will keep posted. :)
she told me to change my soap and my lotion and if necessary get a prescribed lotion she gave me for not more than 2 weeks. But she didnt even check my genitals for any sign of anything, just asked me. I didnt have the red spots (I assume they are blood spots) on the skin at that time. She also mentioned scabies. She told me if I didnt feel better in a month, then I should go again.
continue to be seen by the dermatologist every time you have symptoms.
did they recommend a cream to use on the areas?

The dermatologist said she believes it is dry skin... which I disagree 100%, but she said it should not be STD. I noticed that in some areas of my skin (notice one in my feet, one y my leg and one in my stomach) small red dots are coming up, and then the redness fades becoming brown. Should I try another dermatologist or go to a generalist again and show this new symptom?

Herpes I and II IgG was 0.3
HSV I/II Combined Ab, IgM was 0.86
HSV 1 Glycoprotein G ab is 0.18
HSV 2 Glycoprotein is 0.16
Every result came negative, but do you have any comment on this numbers? Thanks for your time.

It has been appx 7 weeks since the incident. The symptoms are far less intense. I relate this too to the control of stress. Also I am eating better and sleeping better than the first 4 weeks, that I barely slept. But symptoms still around (random tingling/some itching on my body and my mouth sometimes I have feel it inside my mouth, sometimes irritation/tingling/slight burning on penis but disappears very quick). I went to the generalist, she practically did every kind of blood test (four tubes were taken) plus urine test. Everything came negative/normal. She didnt even requested a follow up appointment. I am thinking what I have is a skin infection or something similar. My lips have like a small rash on them, specially the upper one. But they are same color as my skin, so u cant really notice it from talking distance. One interesting thing is that I didnt have oral sex or something similar the day of the incident. Should I move to a Dermatologist, now that it looks like generalist dont know what to do?

Please do let me know if you find an answer. my Derm just said 95% of people have Herpes and going for a test everyone shows positive, patted me on the shoulder and said you fine...

Also, he concur with me that at the second results were not supposed to arrive negative if I were infected and with symptoms, cuz there should be antibodies already. LEts see...

You were right. The urologist told me to go to primary and he doesnt think I have any STD because there is no pattern in my symptoms. Still I will head there to get further blood analysis (it can be some other bacteria). The only way to know if I have herpes is waiting 6 more weeks.... :(
urologists are more for "plumbing" problems than rashes.
your regular provider is fine for this. if they are stumped, a dermatologist would be the next step.

I will go to an urologist this week, do you think he is the best kind of doctor for this?
I have been reading around and they said that usually Jock Itch does not affect penis, but based on your experience, have you seen cases that it has happened?
jock itch is a common form of fungal infections in the genitals of males. just itching and burning sensations usually are fungal, not herpes and an otc antifungal medication usually helps with them. we don't test for fungal infections in urine for external itching in the genitals.
I forgot to mention that this tingling-itching usually comes too with a random burning feeling in the mentioned areas (I dont know if u assumed it based on the symptoms described before). I read about prodrome herpes and is very similar. But what give me doubts is that has been more than 3 weeks and no blisters/sores plus the itching/tingling/burning on all my body.
