Hi,

I protected sex with sex worker in pattaya. There was some wound on her chest. I asked her, she said it happened because of nail scratching. Then we had protected sex that also included lip kissing, unprotected oral sex. After she left I noticed some blood stains on the towel she used after the shower.

Now I am worried. What if it was not only the nail scratches?? Was it because of herpes??

The odds are very very small that you would have been infected. I see no reason why you shouldn't. Always practice safe sex and have fun.

Update.. I am back home in India. It's been 10 days now. No rashes, itching or burning sensation on my body.
On this weekend, I am going to see a girl, a very good friend of mine, she is expecting to get intimidate. Should I go ahead? I am little worried? Am I absolutely clean??

Herpes in that area is not common at all. I wouldn't worry. Your exposure was a very very small risk for hsv.
