Rash on Shaft of Penis is it eczema or herpes or ???

Hello;

I've had a Rash looking thing on my penis shaft for over a month now and I'm not sure what it is. I have decided to see a dermatologist but I can't be seen for another month due to my insurance's slim pickings on Dermatologists and how busy the available ones are... I was told I should refrain from masterbation (masturbation) and sex for a while since my family does have a history of eczema. Unfortunately I also tend to go to strip clubs and get lap dances that also leave my penis sore from all the friction. I also have an active sexual life style but always use condoms. I'm just very worried to have gotten herpes etc so would like to know if it can be told by the pictures.. I do have sensitive skin, I can not wear any metals, gold, etc because I would get a rash or reddish irritated skin wherever the metal touches for long periods of time.

is it likely this is herpes? no it is not. it won't linger for over a month like this.
