Razor cut or herpe?

I have a sore on the labia majora and its at the very bottom it's only one sore but it's painful I'm confused if it's just a cut because I shaved a week ago or a herpe its not a cluster of sores it's just one sore and I thought it just got irritated or infected because I sweat down there and also I've been spotting so it's been moisture down here plus it rubs again everything when walking I don't know if to get tested or not I'm panicking I haven't had any other symptoms of herpes and ok I've been having sex with the same person for three years but a month ago I had sex with someone else. Please help!

I would have the sore looked at and swabbed. Hsv can present in many ways especially in women. I doubt you contracted hsv from the single exposure a month ago as primary outbreaks most often occur 2-10 days after contraction of the virus. Not a month later. So if this is hsv which I doubt it would be from an established infection that you would've had for awhile.
