Really Really High Igg number for Hsv-1

Had unprotected oral and vaginal sex with a woman and 4 1/2 days later got tested.  Here are the Igg numbers

Hsv-1  39.20
Hsv-2. 0.11

From what I'm reading on the forums that's a very, very high number for Hsv-1.  I had chickenpox as a child.  Could this be a false positive, or is my body working overtime fighting the Hsv-1?

Any ideas?  Thank you.

This is conclusive that you have an HSV1 infection.

There is no way you were infected a few days before this blood test. You have most probably had this infection since your youth. Some people have a reading like this, many labs cut off at 5, 7 or similar.

If you're worried about HSV2, you need to test from 16 weeks after exposure.

Forgot to mention.  I've never, that I can remember, have had an outbreak.
