Red Rash on testicles

Right last Thursday night I had protected sex with another male for the first time as i was curious. On Saturday afternoon I realised I had a little red rash appear on the left side of my testicles. Before the end of the night I realised that this rash had spread to the right side of my testicles. I think that night when I was having a look I think I may have washed my testicles with anti bacterial handwash. Since then the rash seems to be a lot redder in colour. It isn't itchy although I get a little tingling sensation when sat down, the tingling sensation is so little I only realise it when I think about it. I don't get any pain from my testicles and I dont have any sores, spots or splits. My penis appears to be fine. I'm just a little worried that I may have contracted herpes because I know it is still possible to catch even when you have used a condom and also testicles aren't covered up. Please could someone give me their input on this matter. Kind regards, Jack

sorry this is the last question. Is their any risk from receiving anilingus? I received this for like 2 mins. Everything else was protected sex. I'm going to the gum clinic again today :|

nothing we can do here to help. if you have new symptoms, go and be seen again today at the gum clinic.

Hi Grace, Just thought I would let you know that I went to a gum clinic this morning. I was checked out and the woman said I was really healthy on my genitals so their was nothing to worry about. She suggested that because I have astma (or however its spelt) It can make some parts of your skin red like my testicles. She also believes that the antibacterial hand wash I applied to my testicles didn't help problems either. She prescribed me Aqueous Cream BP to apply when I have a shower. She also told me that I had nothing to worry about because if it was herpes or something else I would have more symptoms. I'd like to thank you for your quick response yesterday :) I will apply the cream and see if it takes away the redness of my testicles. Thanks again :)

by the way when i said it was a rash, i meant that my testicles are just red all over like when you've burnt in the sun.

if it was herpes would I have seen blisters/spots by now? Instead of this red rash on my testicles?

this sounds more like jock itch/fungal infection than it does herpes. see your provider if you are concerned for a proper work up.
