Red Spots In Pubic Area

So about a week ago I had unprotected sex. About three to four days later a red bump appeared about an inch above my penis in my pubic area. Now there are about 3 more red bumps above it, all in the right side of the pubic area. It was a bit itchy at first, but not much, less than a day and only at times during that day. The original one is like open and looks like it has a hole in it. It hasn't had any puss or blood, but if I squeeze it (which it hurts to) clear liquid comes out. The other bumps are just there, they don't hurt or anything, and are all rather small. One thing I've noticed about all the bumps is there seems to be a hair smack dab in the middle of all of them (I plucked the hair out of them all as well.) They are red and pink around it and remind me of mosquito bites in appearance. There are no bumps or anything on my penis or testicles, just my pubic area in the hairs. It has been almost a week now and the big bump hasn't seemed to change much.

Bumps could be anything.  We can't tell you what bumps are.  You should see your doctor and have them look into what is going on down there.  You could just have folliculitis but we can't tell.  Be seen by your provider to get further answers.  

If you haven't been tested for HSV using an IgG test you should look into getting that done as well.  However, getting tested at this point won't tell you more then likely your current status as it does take 12-16 weeks after possisble expsoure.  Talk to your partner to find out their status as well and getting them tested as well.  Your partner knowing their status is good for getting you answers as well.
