Red bump like thing on head of penis

Hello all,

I am 31 years old male, in relationship with a girl who us 34, we have been having sex since a year now but always with condoms. We are exclusive and do not go out of our relationship. We both are tested for HPV, HSV 1/2 and HIV and it came out negative for both of us.

She has performed oral sex on me about three to four times. Recently when she performed brief oral sex on me, after about two to three days, there was a red bump on head of my penis, very tiny, flesh colored. Next day it came up with a v tiny white colored head on it. When I touched the bump by mistake, it blew and disappeared after two days.
In next two days there were two new red bumps, one on the head of penis and other on the rim of penis. This time there was no white head and they started going away in two three days.
These bumps donot itch or burn or bleed. If I rub them then there is a little pain though, like it would happen with a scratch.

Experts, please help me, I am sort of freaking out about this. Could this be HSV1 or 2 or HPV or some thing else.
Please help me out, I will really appreciate your help. I totally trust the girl I am with but still cannot explain what I have on my penis head.

Thanks

the igm herpes test is a greatly flawed test. it needs repeated with the igg test.

you've both been tested and know you don't have std's.  odds are whatever is going on isn't std related.

see your provider monday if you are concerned or it gets worse.
