Red dots on penis

Hello Doc,
About 5 days ago, I noticed after masturbation, small red dots on the head of my penis. I am uncircumcized for your information. What I noticed is that when I don't masturbate, they slowly disappear, but once I have any sort of sexual activity, they come back. I have scheduled a STD test, but this look like Herpes? I have no irritation, burning or discharge, this is just purely small tiny red dots on the head of my penis. What do you suggest this is?
