Red painless bumps around genital area

Okay I might be completely paraniod about this, but I have an outbreak of painless bumps around my vagina. I mean they look like normal pimples (which I occasionally have) but this one place itches and bled a little bit when I popped it. All the others don't itch at all. also it had spread onto the inside of my thighs which isn't normal

I've had unprotected sex twice with the same guy over the period of 7 months. And this is the first time I've really thought about the bumps and the fact that they could be herpes although I have no other symptoms. So am I worried over nothing?

you need to go today or tomorrow and be seen. get properly tested for yeast and bacterial infections vaginally too. also you need a full std screening too since you've been having unprotected sex.
