Red rash inner thigh, ithcy

About a month ago i started getting an itch bumhole. it has continued for the last month and in the last week or so i have started to get an itch from my bum to around my testicles(But not including my testicles or penis). today i looked and there is a few red marks/rashy looking things right on the inside of my thigh. they tend to only itch at night....wierd? also it can get uncomfotable when i sweat in my work cloths. i have never had any anal experiences although i have had a few female sexual partners recently. could this be herpes? im reading about jock itch and stuff but iv never really had that problem before and i sweat alot through soccer 3-4 times a week. also iam really hairy down there....

also there are no symptoms on my penis or testicles. iam a little worried but not majorily but wanaa no how to get rid of it as the itch on my anus is slightly anoying during the night. a few look like pimples but most look like rashes. iam on antibiotics for acne and have been for 6 months.

odds are this isn't herpes going on. see your provider for a proper work up to see what is going on. A fungal infection is the most likely culprit especially since you are on antibiotics for acne.
