Reddish Irritation on scrotum

Thanks in advance for any help. Also please excuse the grapic parts, I am assuming we are all adults on the matter.

About 36 hours ago I had a sexual encounter with someone that I would consider to have a sex life (track record) similar to that of a prostitute. I wore a condom for all sexual intercourse (oral, anal, vaginal), however, while receiving oral (with a condom on the penis) she spent a couple minutes licking and sucking my testicles and instering a finger into my anus, afterward she performed analingus for maybe 5 to 10 mintues (licking and inserting her tongue into my rectum).

when I was leaving we were speaking and I noticed she had what appeared to be a small dark pinkish circle (darker than the rest of her tongue, maybe even red, but not bloody) towards the back of her tongue.

Earlier today maybe 30 hours after the encounter I itched my scrotum. Because of the recent encounter I decided to examine further. I noticed a small pinkish-red area, almost like a small rash. Maybe it is in my head but I feel a little itching. No pain, no blisters, or anything else as of yet.

Obviously this encounter was not such a smart thing to do, I know. Anal play and aggressive scrotum is not something I have ever done before and know very little as the the risks here?

I am wondering if Herpes could even appear so recently after the incident?

Can anyone help me evaluate my risk in contracting an STD such as Herpes or even worse HIV?

Thanks everyone,
-Very worried...

fyi, I have never had a cold sore or any other herpes indication.

Thanks for your response Grace,

I have made an appointment to meet with my dermatologist asap. until then I will continue to monitor it.

Could you elaborate a bit on why you feel oral to anal and also, the oral to scrotum would be unlikely to contract HSV or another STD?

What would the likely time frame be where symptoms would appear on the anus or scrotum (how long), or do you feel I should stop being concerned with it now?

I appreciate your response(s) and am thankful there are people who take the time to help others.

odds are this isn't herpes going on. see your provider if you are concerned.

oral sex is not a real risk for hiv so no worries there.  also not likely you have any std anally either from the oral to anal contact.
