Redness and discomfort in my pubic area

About 3 days ago I started to have discomfort on my pubic area and on my upper buttocks area.  Im not sure if they are related.  I am a male.  So recently I trimmed the hair in my pubic area and noticed redness where there is discomfort.  I did not see any abnormal bumps.  Only my hair bumps.  There is possibility that there are bumps but I cant see.  There is redness.  Now Im a little worried that maybe this is herpes or some other std even though I have had a girlfriend for almost year.  We did have a little break where I had intercourse with 2 girls one time each and used condoms.  Not sure of there history and that was in jan.  I did get a case of impetigo in my pubic area in feb and march.  Not sure if it never really cleared it and is starting to get worse.  Can someone give me some advice before I go to the doctor??  I tested in Feb for herpes and was negative.  I think I am going to go back to get tested to make sure.  Thanks

ok after examining a little more there seems to be 3 small red patches.  They don't seem to be a continues one.  In the middle there seemed to be one small bump that was connected to a hair or very close.  I pressed on it hard and it seemed to pop and a little clear fluid came out.  Wow now Im really worried
