Hi all. I had a condom-protected encounter with a CSW. Only vaginal sex, not oral or anything else. It lasted around 30 seconds from penetration to withdrawal. Condom did not break, did not fail and did not slip off. Penetration itself was also pretty shallow; only the head (glans) entered her vagina, as far as I remember... and I remember the event everyday. I was too stressed and checking constantly that the base of my penis and my thighs did not touch her skin... and they did not, as far as I remember. She had no visible sores or lesions, but I did not thoroughly inspected her.
This was 3 weeks ago and what freaked me out was a very small pimple that appeared on my penis shaft aprox 9 days after the event. It had about 1mm in diameter and was filled with a white, puss-like fluid. I pinched it the moment I saw it; it broke easily and without pain, and scabbed within the hour. Less than 24 hours later, the scab was difficult to spot. After around 3 or 4 days, it fell of without leaving a mark. No pain, itch or burning. Around 3 or 4 years ago, before I started being sexually active, I had one identical pimple on my penis shaft, with the exact same outcome. Never asked a doctor, because I've had like three of those in my entire life, it's just that the timing of this last one was just absolutely terrifying.
I have had no other "symptoms" and my urologist assured me that herpes lessions were very painful and that I was in the clear for herpes if I did not have one of those 7 to 14 days after the encounter. I've also read that they take days to scab. Also, my pimple appeared on an area that was completely covered by the condom during the encounter, although she did rub my unprotected penis directly with her hand for a few minutes before the act.
I am going to see my urologist again in 5 days and will re-tell him the whole story, but I want to get some opinions here too. What do you think of my encounter? Is it possible that this pimple was a herpes symptom? Does the description even match that of a herpes lession?
Thank you very much, guys!
