Risks and probability of transmitting HSV-2

My girlfriend recently tested positive for HSV-2.  This was her first test ever, and by her other partners' results of negative, she's confident that she's had it for 3 years.
She has never had an outbreak, but it came back in her blood test as HSV-2.

My concern is how likely it is for me to get it.

We have never had intercourse, only oral sex.
As far as i know, hsv-2 is almost always spread through genitals, not mouth.

My question is... can hsv-2 be spread from gentials to mouth? or only gentials to genitals?
I know that its always POSSIBLE and always a "risk" to do any sexual contact.... but do the statistics show that the chance of spreading hsv-2 orally show that it almost never happens?

Is there a big risk for he performing oral on me?
Is the risk just as big for me performing oral on her?
