Risky Encounter for Herpes and other STDS?

Exactly two weeks ago, I gave unprotected oral sex to two men. It only lasted maybe 5 - 10 seconds per  man. I saw no signs of lesions or blisters on their genitals but I was also quite intoxicated. Also, I rubbed their genitals with my hands and also one of them briefly rubbed my anus around the entrance with his hands. Now, I acknowledge that I am an anxious person, but I was wondering what risks I have for STDS -- specifically herpes. I've been compulsively checking in and around my mouth for lesions, and about a week ago, a whitehead appeared above my lip. I went to a doctor and he said he saw nothing that appeared like herpes in and around my mouth. The whitehead went away but came back a few days later. I went to another doctor who said it was a pimple and did not look like herpes. I woke up today and another whitehead has appeared around my mouth as well. I'm not sure what to think about this but I'm very nervous.

Also, there has been some general genital and anal itching within the past couple of days. I've experienced frequent urination, some tingling, and anal discomfort. I noticed two white spots on the underside of my penis but they're fading away it seems and they don't hurt or itch.

I have a few questions?
1) What were the chances of acquiring oral HSV2 in the encounter I had if one or both of these men had genital herpes? Does the briefness of my oral to genital exposure reduce the risk?
2) Could herpes or any other STI have been transmitted to me through the mutual masturbation (both rubbing genitals with hands and him briefly fingering my anus)?
3) How long should I wait to get tested for accurate results?

Thanks!

you gave oral sex, you wouldn't be having genital symptoms from performing oral on someone. someone rubbing your anal area with their hand isn't a risk - even if they touched themselves first.

You can contract hsv2 orally but overall the risk is very low. Not likely you've contracted hsv2 orally from this brief encounter.

really no reason for any testing from this encounter. keep yourself busy and keep your mind off your nether regions and odds are you'll feel back to normal in no time :)

I honestly am sorry, I know I'm being annoying as hell - but this pimple/blister thing looks very suspicious and it itches as well. The guy first rubbed his genitals and then rubbed mine, could HSV not have been given to me this way?

your anxiety is the issue, not your risk. YOU WERE NEVER AT RISK FOR A STD.

seek out professional help with your anxiety so you can stop freaking out about everything little thing you see on your body.

Ok guys, I'm officially freaking out. There is a whitehead looking pimple/blister on the underside of my shaft and a diffuse looking rash type thing on the tip of my penis. I am extremely concerned but I can't understand how I could have gotten herpes genitally. This was my FIRST sexual experience EVER.

I went to the doctor and he said there's nothing that resembles herpes down there but he swabbed one part of it that seemed red just in case for a viral culture. I also gave a urine sample for a UTI check. He said that it would definitely be a long shot for herpes to be transmitted from hand to genital contact, but I'm not sure what else could be causing all the issues down below. I'll get the results on Monday and follow up.

actually no herpes doesn't seem the only possibility. irritation or even a fungal infection aka jock itch are far more likely.

once again, you wouldn't have contracted genital herpes from this encounter. you had no risk for it.

follow up with your provider as needed for your symptoms to help with your anxiety :)

I'm sorry to bother you guys again, but its been 19 days after the incident, and for the past few days I've been experiencing lots of itching and burning in my genital area. I keep examining myself but I don't really see any blisters although there are bumps (I think from the hair follicles) on my shaft. Herpes seems like the only likely possibility.

Ok, thank you both! That was the reassurance I needed. I'll be putting this behind me and I don't think I'm gonna get tested

Also, I've had a mild sore throat ever since the incident

I forgot to add - one of the men rubbed his genitals before rubbing mine and my anal area. Does this increase the risk

Hello

Yes your anxiety is getting the best to you.  Let me just say you are going to be alright and should forget about this incident as you describe a low risk encounter for STDs.

The answer to your questions are:

1) The chances of acquiring oral HSV2 in the encounter I had if one or both of these men had genital herpes is very very low, probably zero.
The briefness of your oral to genital exposure DOES reduce the risk

2) Herpes or any other STI could NOT have been transmitted to you through the mutual masturbation (both rubbing genitals with hands and him briefly fingering my anus).

3) You don't need a test.  But if you must know, for someone who had a real big risk (this is your case) a  herpes test is conclusive at 3 months post exposure.
