STD Help Please

I was really hoping someone tell me if my situation is symptoms of a STD or possibly something else, maybe nerve damage. Six days ago I had unprotected sex with a stranger. I was heavily intoxicated.  When we were fooling around she was rubbing on my penis between her thighs, "dry sex", before we had intercourse.  I ended up getting a "nylon burn" on the side of my penis that healed in a couple days. The next day I was so hung over I ended up sleeping most of the day, but my penis did hurt, due to the burn on it.  The following days after the encounter my penis still hurt and I started feeling a burning sensation in my entire groin area and thighs. My feet seemed like they were sometimes burning also. The feeling would come and go throughout the day.  It does not hurt when I urinate, but it does a little after I do. Also, throughout the day I have a pinching feeling at the tip of my penis that last between 5 to 60 mins. The pain I'm having is not intense, I can ignore it for the most part, and it just becomes very annoying that it does not go away.  I would go in for STD testing, but I have been reading and it seems like it would be too early to get tests done.  I have been on edge and extremely worried all week; please any comments would be appreciated.

You need to be seen for a proper work up.  The pain you could be feeling from any number of things and needs to be looked at.  You can get a type specific igg hsv blood test in 3 months after your encounter to know your status.  But at this time just be seen by your doctor for a proper work up.
