STDs from unprotected oral sex with Transsexual

I recently had sex with a transsexual prostitute and we used condoms when both receiving oral and anal, however I believe (I was intoxicated) at one point in time I did not where a condom when I was receiving oral sex.  This was 2 days ago and I feel tired and don't really have an appetite.  I'm just wondering if this is because I am nervous and ashamed at what I did (first time) or if I am really hungover.

My questions are ...
When can I get tested for an STD (is it too early)?
What STDs should I test for?
What is the likelihood of contracting HIV, herpes or other diseases?
The prostitutes scrotum touched my face, could I get herpes from that contact?

I read that if you have had cold sores on your mouth you have herpes simplex 1, does this prevent receiving genital herpes or herpes simplex 2?

Thank you for your time and knowledge.

Protected sex helps quite a bit too in general.

If you really feel the need for any testing you can get tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea 1 week post encounter, syphilis anytime after 6 weeks, hiv after 3 months and herpes after 4 months.

What about anal sex if the condom is only half on and the transsexuals penis' shaft was in me?  Can the shaft cause herpes or stds?  There was a little blood too

Unprotected oral is really low risk and it's up to you if you even think it's worth getting tested or not for std's.
