Saliva, and acid reflux disease

hi  i have acid reflux disease which  gives open cuts in my asophugus and stomach, well i took a bite of a "friends" burger and i was wondering if i was able to contract oral herpes through that one bite, and his/her saliva got to my esphogus open cut, im really worried, i dont have severe acid reflux but i know i have it a bit to the point where i have some cuts due to the overly acid in my stomach, butim worried i meani dont know , can i recieve herpes through saliva and open cuts,  

is it enough saliva on the burger to recieve the herpes .?  i may make it sound bad , but thats hwo i can gve my situation, thanks alot.
