Saliva question

I have been tested for herpes in the past through blood work and came back negative for both.

On friday night I was with someone and they used saliva on my genitals and anus with their hand. I spoke with them yest and they said they now i have a cold sore on their mouth and that came on sunday.

I am freaking out now that I am going to get something and have been reading all this stuff on the internet and getting different answers about saliva transmission.

What are my chances of having contracted hsv-1, especially that they must have been shedding since it was 2 days before.

this is very, very low risk.  they could've been shedding hsv1 on friday but odds are they weren't.  as was already said, just saliva is a poor way to transmit hsv1 and odds are it didn't occur.

if you contracted hsv1 anally, you'd have pain , itching and obvious lesions there.

Sorry to be annoying about this, but are you sure I shouldn't be worrying?

The person had a cold sore 48 hours after I was with them. There was no mouth to body contact at all, but like i said there was a decent amt of saliva used. If I contract hsv-1 anally, how would I know?

Saliva is really not a good means of tranmission for herpes.  This isn't much of a risk.  If you have symptoms be seen within 24-48hrs for a lesion culture.  However, at this point I wouldn't worry.
