Scabies Or Herpes...IM SCARED

OK i just noticed a red rash on my both left and right upper thigh. The are near the genitals and when my lesga are close (as im sitting down...the genitals are surrounded my that area) I am worried hat they could be either scabies or herpes. Its not really itchy or anything...i wouldn't even kno it was their until i seen it...
The last time I have sex was about a month ago and yes it was protected. I am very nervious about this. Can u please tell me what it is and what causea it

You should see your doctor for a definitive diagnosis, as we can't provide one online.

It doesn't sound like either scabies or herpes.
