Scare Guy

Well i don't really know what this is so I'm just going to describe the situation. I have dry skin on near the base and along the shaft of my penis, it doesn't burn and when i add moisturizer to it it goes away. A few weeks ago after I had sex for a extended period of time the skin cracked and split. the opening didn't hurt or bleed and began scabbing over in a few minutes. Sometimes the skin flakes and peels away and my skin looks fine. Like I said none of it hurts and I don't have any bumps. I need some help with this.

this doesn't sound at all like a herpes issue. follow up on this with a dermatologist.
