Scared and possibly over analyzing

All, I have been with over the past three years with over 100 different women. Protected intercourse on all but one occasion and unprotected oral from probably 50 of these women. I have never had any std symptoms for anything ever, besides this past march. I was diagnosed with molluscum by a derm and this is basically gone now. I was also tested this past march for all stds on the panel including herpes, came up neg for all. My antibodies for herpes we're .03 hsv2 and .07hsv1. Before the test though I Had non sexual contact for only two weeks and I have not been tested again since. Also again I have no symptoms for anything still and have not had sex due to molluscum for two months. Basically the number of people I have been with concerns me, so I'm bugging out. Hypothethically speaking shouldn't I have an outbreak by now, if I had anything? Should I test again? I basically have convinced myself I have something else, based on the number of sexual partners I've had and the common occurrence of hpv and herpes. Thank you

Hsv bloodtests are considered conclusive at 12 weeks. Your symptoms are not hsv related.

Thank you man. I've read your other posts on questions, and you always provide good insight. I heard you need to wait a month non sexually active to receive accurate results. I was non sexually active 11-14 days before the test. Found out today the persons I was worried about I wasn't with for a month prior so I'm good there. Would 2 weeks non exposed yield an accurate result to your knowledge? I have a dull pain inside my urethra sometimes, but it goes away. Increased water and no caffeine lessens it, it's not a burning or anything and still feels the same when I pee. That's the only symptom I got, if that is even a symptom

Hpv is inevitable. Your tests for hsv were negative. There is absolutely no reason to think you contracted it in that last month or so. In the absence of symptoms i wouldn't retest but that's up to you.
