Seems got herpes from breast kissing

I recently had a breast kiss on women around 34 yrs old .. it was only kiss exposure on her breast .the place was dark so i cant seen any thing .after kissing her on her nipples i came to see that she had many tiny bumps or say lumps which were painless around her nipple ...
I get shocked for overnight and trying to accept the fact i do get hsv1 but is there any little chance that the exposure need to be more longer for transmission ..i sucked  her around 2 min on nipples but not on around the corners of breast ...m really scared ..i got jnfected ..sorry god :( ;(

Why do you assume the lumps are herpes lesions? To have them on both breasts at the same time is not realistic for herpes either.
