Should I pursue WB testing?

I've had 4 HSV 2 tests done so far and here are the results:

2011: .91
Jan 2013: 1.23
April 2013:  .06
June 2013:  Negative (no value was given)

For my last test, I went to Quest, asking for the WB. But they did the Herpeselect instead (I just read the post about requesting a kit from Washington for the WB).

1.  So, since my last two tests were negative, is it safe to say I'm not infected? I

2.  If I'm not infected, why do my results say I have antibodies?

3.  I'm definitely positive for HSV 1 and I've read that that can cause a false positive for HSV 2. Why and how?
