Signs of Herpes or another STD?

I am a 19-year old male and I performed unprotected oral sex on a woman 7 days ago... about three days ago, developed sore throat and slight fever. The sore throat made it hurt to swallow.. Now, the fever has all but cleared up, but my sore throat remains. Been feeling fatigued past three days as well. Watched for any blisters on lips or tongue. There are slightly raised bumps on the very back of my tongue, but I think those are natural.. (circumvallate papillae?). They don't hurt at all. No blisters of any kind on lips yet.. I know these symptoms seem vague.. but naturally I'm a little worried. Your thoughts? Should I go get tested?
