Single Pimple on Buttock

Around 3 weeks ago, I was fooling around with a girl I know (kissing, fingering, hand job) but we did not engage in intercourse or oral sex.  I came on her stomach and afterward I was on top of her (facing her).  My penis and buttocks may have came in contact with her genital region but there was definitely no penetration.


A few days later, I noticed a slight pain on my right buttock whenever I sat down.  However, when I examined the area, I couldn't notice anything.  Just this morning, 3 weeks later, I noticed that a pimple had formed on that particular spot.  I picked at it and it bled and scabbed so it's no longer there but there is a flat red mark.



Could this be genital herpes?  I'm thinking that there's no way my buttocks could have came in contact with her genitals as I was on top of her stomach facing her but I'm still worried.



I have no other symptoms.



Any insight would be much appreciated.

Also, I should mention that it was more of a discomfort than pain.  It did not itch as well.

Sorry one more question:

So contact of my buttocks and her genitals would not have resulted in a possible herpes risk?

incredibly low risk of transmission.  we don't recommend any testing from it.

Okay thanks again.  I swear this will be my last question:  Would the single, 1 cm in length pimple on buttocks that bled and scabbed be any indication of something to worry about?

If I was with my regular partner, I definitely wouldn't worry about it.  I know this girl fairly well but I'm just worried since there may have been some slight contact and I don't really get pimples on my buttocks and I know that this is an area where herpes occur.

it takes far more than slight contact.  

when I've had herpes ob's on my buttocks, they were never anything that I'd confuse with being a pimple after a day or so.
