Small Red sores on skin of testicals

I woke up one morning and felt a really bad burning sensation on my testicals, i then looked and saw raw cut like sores really small, about 3 of them and put some cream on it to stop the burning, it stopped the burning but now left small scabs. i want to know what this is, note i did not shower for 2 days because i was on a camping trip, im wondering if sweat had anything to do with these sores causing the burning feeling?
