Small red and white bumps after sex

Hi there.

I was curious if there was any way of helping me out here. I was curious what this could be as i'm confused. Lately, the last 3 times me and my partner have had sex, i have received small red and white bumps on the head of my penis as well as around the crown where you pull the foreskin down. I thought that it could have been irritation the first couple times but the third time we were well lubed. These bumps go away from 3-7 days. I have been diagnosed positive of HSV 1 and negative HSV 2. I have had the same girlfriend for close to a year and this has never happened before. The last thing was that the bumps do itch from time to time very briefly and there is no/very little pain. The bumps do not look like herpes from what i have seen in other pictures as the bumps are spread out and not clustered together as it looked like in other pictures.

Could you help me out with this as i want to stay with my girlfriend but if this continues there is no way.

Last thing, the bumps always reoccur one day after sex. Forgot to add that.
