Soap Irritation or Herpes/STD?

I had unprotected sex, both oral and vaginal, with someone who might not be "clean" about a week ago. He had bumps on the underside of his penis shaft yet I continued to proceed (bad idea - you don't have to remind me.) Well, I've been freaking out about the sex situation, researching, etc etc to figure out what it could have been. An important thing to add is that I went home and was so nervous that I scrubbed myself down there with soap which I realized after was a mistake because I heard a girl should never use soap there. Now, I am experiencing odd side effects a week later. Tonight I took notice of small flesh-colored bumps on my vulva and I am discharging a white liquidy discharge more than ever. I am swollen and my lower "lips" are stuck together and I just feel irregular down there overall. I have a GYN appointment in the upcoming week to see if I have an STD or anything at all. Could these effects be from soap irritation since I never use soap and scrubbed myself all around or could it be an STD? I've researched herpes, which I'm afraid of most, and many other STD's but my side effects look nothing like what I've seen.
