Someone very educated with herpes HELP!

Had a new partner last summer, a week after that? I  had sores that lasted so long  no partners between my ex and this guy Went to the gyno about 2 weeks after did a blood, urine, and culture test with sores still present Everything came back negative. As did his and I informed my ex he was neg as well Now I know the first outbreak is the worst and it takes a while for antibodies to appear in blood. I never went back for further testing. Stayed with the same guy. No other partners on my end not sure about him, because you just never know Had sores appear here and there, had constant utis especially these last few months (almost a year later now) turned into bladder infection turned into yeast infection an now the gyno wasn't specific but another bacterial infection. Now all that was going on when I took another culture and blood test. Plus had sores. Igg Results came back and was positive 5.00 for hvs2. Culture was neg which I know isn't as sensitive so false negs are common So my question is do you think anything that I listed was going on with me tripped the test somehow? I know sounds silly but im desperate or in denial. I don't know.Should I test again when im done with treatment for the infections? Could the test really be negative somehow? Also I've given the guy oral multipal times why don't I have hvs1? Im guessing he is asymptomatic. I've never seen anything wrong with him
When he tests will he test as High as me or lower since he shows no symptoms
Western blot is in mind if he's neg this test

Certain proteins in the blood do result in a raised test readings. However a level of over 5 exceeds the chances of false positives and is 95-100% conclusive that you have HSV2. The test includes a particular, refined antigen, which attracts HSV2 antibodies in the main.

Cultures can miss the virus if there is an insufficient amount of the virus swabbed of the sores. The virus can disappear quite quickly after forming sores just leaving behind a lesion.

Given the timing, it is not clear who the source may be, nor does it matter terribly much. What is established is that you have HSV2 and if your current and future partners desire, or at your insistence before sexual relations take place, they can test to understand their HSV status.

Culture test was negative
Both times
Blood test was negative first time guessing time built up antibodies
But could ANY antibodies make the test positive? I've had a lot going on in that region it's horrible
Or is just specifically antibodies for herpes

Some questions first.

Am I right in assuming that the last two partners you have had are your ex and this new guy since summer?

When you had the first blood test, how long was it since sex with your ex? More than 12 weeks? Was it an IgG test, do you know the results?

Did your current partner definitely get an IgG test? What were the results?

Your HSV2 test does look to be positive.
