Sores and back pain

I was curious if anyone has had debilitating back pain because of hsv. I haven't noticed a serious outbreak, but there has been bumps on the top of my hands and on my arms which have scabbed over. Now my back is hurting so bad that I can barely walk. I'm wondering if the sores were the outbreak and the back pain is a result of this.. Pls help

But could the back pain be a part of the hsv?
