A million tiny white spots are likely to be pearly papules. Google it for pictures and see if it looks like what you are experiencing.

On a different incident, does anyone think its possible for your body/immune system to fight off herpes? Over ten years ago I had sex with this gal I met from Sweden, she told me that she had herpes, but I always used a condom when having intercourse. She would only have out breaks on her butt, which at one time she rubbed against my leg and for like 3 years I had periodic outbreaks on the upper part of my leg only. I haven't had an outbreak since like 2002, does anyone know how long herpes stays dormant for or does anyone believe that your immune system can kill the herpes virus?
Thank you for the info. and quickness to my question. It sucks being back in the dating scene again, and it was the first girl I met and was attracted to in just under a year, unfortunately I was throwing the dice and I was expecting her to stop me to put a condom on, it back fired on me and before I knew it, it was too late. I will never let it happen again, and I pray that I will not catch anything from my immature mistake at the age of 35...Hopefully the local clinic will do some kind of free testing.
Some Planned Parenthoods do test men.
If not, call your local health dept and ask about std services for those with no insurance.

The last time I called Planned Parenthood they told me they do NOT let MEN do testing and it was for women only... The nerve....
Planned Parenthood does all testing for free. They just ask for a donation... like $5 or more.
Those little bumps are normal from friction and it's NOT herpes...
It sounds like it's too soon to be herpes, and herpes doesn't generally show up as millions of spots. Try your local county health department for free or low-cost STD testing.
Consider using condoms in the future, if only for the peace of mind they can bring. :)
