Spread of herpes from vagina to mouth?

Last Saturday I had my bachelor party and a stripper put a sucker up her vagina and then popped it in my mouth before I knew what was going on.  I took it out right away in fear of catching something from her.  I did not notice any sores on her but I am not an expert with this sort of thing either.  Since then I have not open mouth kissed my fiance because of the fear of spreading something to her.  How likely is it that if the stripper did have herpes it would spread to me and how paranoid am I being?

this is not a risk for any std for you. there's no reason for any worry and no reason for any testing.  std's are not transmitted through this sort of contact. It's more of an "omg what was I thinking" moment than anything.

Does this mean that in order to get oral herpes you need mouth to mouth contact with an infected person?

Well its a 50/50 she has HSV.  About half the adult population in the US has HSV-1 orally including yourself.

This was no risk for herpes transmission.  You would have had to made out with the stripper.
