Spreading herpes

Hello, I have a question I'd love answered just for reassurance. My four year old has a cold sore that came on very quick. This morning it was red and tonight it has blisters that are not broken open as of yet. Anyway, after my shower this evening she was talking to me when she sneezed. I had already put my shorts on but she sneezed right on my chest/breast. I have my nipples pierced but I did not have rings in. The reason I'm asking this is because I have a baby who is 3 months old and I'm breast feeding. I have kept the two away from each other but now I'm worried that she passed it to my breast and I'll pass it to him. Is this even possible?
