Spreading herpies once already infected?

So here's the situation. Two people are infected with both hsv1 and hsv2. They both show symptoms in the mouth and genitals respectively. The question is, is there any risk of a spread of infection to other areas if these two already infected people have sex during an outbreak. I am talking about only genital sex, no other actions, not even hands near the infected area. Can this sex during an outbreak cause any adverse affects for two already infected people?

If they both have both then they cant get it again. Ideal relationships are when both have it.

In this case both people are presumed to have hsv in both sacrum and oral ganglia.

Hi, depends if either are already in the sacrum ganglia or oral ganglia. If they are then they cant be spread as are already there.
