Still confused if this is Yeast, Herpes, or another penile condition

Hi Doctor, I have been a mess for about 8 months now. Early last year, I received oral sex from multiple women, one of which said she was receiving intravenous treatment for a skin condition which I am not sure was what, as well as one women who had genital herpes, which I only kissed (did not have oral or intercourse with). I know all this is risky behavior, but I have learned my lesson. Nevertheless, I had a break out on my penis skin last June 2011 where I saw blood in my underwear, ever since I have had a daily battle with penile skin irritation.

My penis has been shrinking, its does not have blood flow as it did before, there are raised white bumps under the shaft of my penis. I also have developed a general feeling of uncomfortably to focus or pay attention, but most importantly my eyes get red after masturbation not to mention multiple eye floaters daily. However, when I have an erection I feel fine.

I am not sure if this is indeed herpes HSV1 or HSV2 although I have no blisters, just crackly looking skin, tiny red bumps that do not look like ulceration's, a rash which started on my testicles, then moved to my penis where the skin of my pens kept getting thinner and now I have vision problems. I also experienced ulceration's in between my thigh and my groin when these problems originally started.

I have been to 2 emergency room specialists, 1 health clinic specialist, and two dermatologists. All have said the penis looks irritated, it is not herpes but yeast/fungus. I tested for all STD's including herpes August of 2011, and everything came back negative except for oral herpes. I have always had cold sores since I was a child so not sure where thes HSV 1 results are dating back to.

I am posting, because I have been dealing with this uncomfortably for 8 months now and just these past three days, the symptoms which I had originally had 8 months ago have returned. Throughout the year, I have been prescribed Mupirocin 2%, Clotrimizol 1%, Epicream, and now Hydrocortisone 1%-Lodoquinol 1%. Honestly, out of all the creams I have used, the  hydrocortisone 1%-Lodoquinol 1% has worked the best, it relieves the burning and irritation. it seems to clear up my eyes and sooth my penis.

Basically, my penis is not the same as it was before. This week, I masturbated 5 times or or  in a week, the orignal symptoms have come back, and in the past 8 months I feel and see my penile skin appear  like it has burned down.

Basically, I have no idea what this is, I need help. Is this herpes HSV1 or HSV2 in my genital area even though I tested negative for genital herpes or is it something else. I also read up on a disease called Uveitis which is shingles related; the pain is unbearable and would like to know what to do, thanks.
