Suggestions please

Hi, I was diagnosed with HSV 2 after a serious and lengthy lung infection in December 2013. I have had an outbreak ever since then. Sometimes there is a few days in between but mostly back to back. I tried taking Valtrex on a suppressive dosage for about 4 months, no help. I am taking a variety of supplements and vitamins that also do not seem to be assisting me to keep the outbreaks at bay.
I have seen dermatologists, a infectious disease doctor, medical doctors, and a naturopath.
I have not found anything that helps me and it is getting pretty expensive, depressing, and hopeless.
I am at my wits end. Please help.

complaining doesn't make people who volunteer their time here want to reach out and help you BluChai. Sometimes you have to be patient and keep bumping up your post so people can see it.

Are they doing lesion cultures every time you are seen by the dermatologist? How often are you seeing the dermatologist?

Bluchai...sad to hear u are going through all these.
At this point you should start doing yoga(breathing exercise) with neck and spine stretching exercises for at least 30 minutes daily. It has helped me immensely. It will relieve pain and manage stress too. A good diet daily will also improve your health.
Any changes in medicine regime should be done only after consulting the doctor.
Stay positive.

Well, seems this is just another one of many dead ends in my search for help. No one has responded with any tips in a couple of days. I had hoped that by joining a forum of people who are more knowledgeable that I would find assistance but that I guess that was optimistic.
