Terrified About Possible Herpies Please Help
I'm terrified here. I really need some information from anyone who has knowledge on this. Beginning of November I tried anal sex with someone for the first time. (I am a male). I was having issues with my marriage and I had always been curious. So I stupidly tried it. I made the person wear protection and he did his business. After he left I noticed a broken condom off to the side but it still looked brand new. I've used condoms before and after use for a few minutes they discolor and the lubrication would be gone. This still looked brand new and still had lubrication on it. I messaged this person and he said he did wear a condom and I recall it being dark but I could still see and it looked like he was wearing one. Anyway, fast forward about three weeks, I started having itching around my rector and just inside. I've never had hemorrhoids before so i couldn't compare what it felt like. Along with the itching I would have a slight amount of pain, not much, when Inwiped after the bathroom. I would also see a couple dots of blood on the tissue that coincided where the pain was. After about a week, I felt a slight stinging just inside my rectom as I washed in the tub. It lasted a couple days then went away. I couldn't see anything, no sores or blisters or anything. After a week and a half of the irritation, I went to the doctor and they did a check up On me. They did a screen for chlymidia, gohnorrhia, syphyllis, and herpies 1 and 2. The doctor also treated me for chlymidia and gonhorria just to be on the safe side prior to getting results. He told me he thought hemorrhoids was the problem. I ended up getting very loose stools from the antibiotics that lasted just shy of a week. That made me almost raw feeling again, but everything seemed to clear up except anveey slight itch. I started using coconut oil on my rectom and that got rid of any itch. Two weeks later I now have a knot that looks like an external hemmohroid on the outside but it is finally going away. Problem is now just shy of two months after exposure and two weeks after all my tests came back negative I have this very slight like twinge/ache that hits every little bit in my back left kind of outside of my thigh. I have no other itching, tingling, or burning feelings going on. But I have read that some people get pain down the back of their leg with HSV2. I also noticed the last time Inhad the stinging when I washed that I had two very tiny cuts like fissures almost right where the external hemohrroid is now. They were only hurting for half a day and were gone. I am now trying to mend things with my wife and am TERRIFIED that I have herpies. Can anyone help me. Thank you.
Lab results for second lab show exactly same IgM still shows <0.91 and IgG shows neg for 1 and 2. This was at two months past possible exposure. Still thinking negative and is good to go as far as calling it done? Or should Intest again at 3 months?
You need to relax and stop reading about symptoms of hsv when you do not know how the virus works. Your way off on the context of the symptoms as well. Your Dr told you what it was and I agree with him. I know your stressed and this is a big part of the problem. Let's see what the next test shows.

Hopefully will know something Monday from the second test. Thank you again for the reply. He said the same, he thinks I am stressing and freaking out. I know I'm stressing I'm just terrified.
Just saw a doctor about symptoms and he said indef have hemorrhoids and the feeling in mynlet was not attributed to anything viral. He looked up my results from my test that was a month from when I was worried about and reassured me they were negative. That test was 3 weeks ago. He drew blood and is running a second test to make sure. He said tuen3 small sores don't look like herpies lesions and if they were they would be sore and hurt, along with hat they would be like a blister and weepey.. anyone have any thoughts?
I've also just gotten out of the shower and noticed I have three tiny red sores on the outside left side of my rectum. Now I'm really scared.
I've just read about the prodome symptoms and such and how many people get the pain in the back of the upper thigh. That was after I started having it which started to concern me. That and the small cuts that I had around my rectum. I didn't have the external hemmohroid actually show till the end of last week. I don't know if you can have the bad itching and small cuts with Hemmoroids like that for so long before actually having one show. I never had any actually blisters that I've seen or anything like that. I didn't have any flue like symptoms or any fever or anything. Just felt sick to my stomach with nerves. I wish this all would just pass.
The problem with reading the symptoms online is. without the knowledge of how the virus really works 99.9% of people take these out of context. This is the problem in your case as well. Don't worry about odd ball pains. These are not hsv in the absence of lesions. You are over thinking it.
Thank you for the reply. The pain in the thigh seems to have subsided this morning, now that I've woken up. I'm terrified that with all of the symptoms I might have had both herpies and hemmohroids going on. The more Inread online the more scared I get. With the symptoms I have and have had, I am also scared that even though the blood test said I was negative, that it might have been a false negative because it was only a month after exposure. This is the scariest thing that I've ever dealt with and now the thought of loosing my wife and kids over my stupididty is killing me. We are back together and she is wanting to have sex and I'm terrified to have sex with her risking passing something on to her. I almost did yesterday, and was almost at ease with the thought that I only had hemmohroids when the pain in the upper thigh started. Now I'm freaking out all over again. Thanks again.
This most assuredly isn't herpes. You have classic hemorrhoid symptoms. That's it. You would have noticed lesions if this was due to herpes. Another note. The more you fuss with this area the worse it gets. Be careful not to overly clean the area with soap as you will strip all the oil from the skin making everything much worse.
