Test question

I took a IGG herpes test at 4 weeks and at 12 weeks.  Both times the test came back as this:

Herpes Simplex Virus Type I  IgG Test   <0.91   0.00-0.90   Negative
Herpes Simplex Virus Type II IgG Test <0.91 0.00-0.90 Negative

Can you explain what this means.  Thanks

I thinking about getting the western blot test just to be sure.  What is your opinion about this idea??
