This is unreal

I have recently started using Nuvaring birth control, and I seem to have OBs popping up in new places.  I clear one up and then it moves to another area.  Before I would get an OB right before my menstual cycle but that would be it, now it seems to be worse.  My BF and I had intercourse on Sat he has HSV on his hands.  He tried to use his hand for some back door pleasure and after 3 days I am having a OB back there.  That has never happened before!!!  I am wondering if my new birth control could be causing more OBs and if he was having a small Ob on his hand could that have trigger me to have an OB in a new place.  My intial OB was close to there but not in the same place.  I am just soooo overwhelmed with what is happening.

are you on daily suppressive therapy?

have you seen your provider to get checked for vaginitis?

I was on therapy for 6 months. I stopped in June. I have had OBs on and off since. I have not been to my doc to be checked for vaginitis either.

I'd make an appointment for next week to get examined and while there, discuss going back on suppressive therapy if you are interested so you can have less ob's.

let us know how it goes :)
