Time Period for Herpes out break

So a couple days ago I notice a cut on the outer folds of my labia. It was a couple days before my period ended. I thought at first that it may have been caused by my pad, dryness in the area and sitting in the car for a long period of time. However now it is painful during urination and I have a white discharge. On top of that I now have bumps too. I have resigned myself to the fact that its herpes although it has been over a year since I had unprotected sex. I just wanted some answers or opinions since I can't get to my gyno till Mon. (its sat. night) My question is can a yeast infection cause reddish bumps in dry sensitive skin that has broken open?

I had similar symptoms about 2 months back. Except with me i had severe itching that came n went. I also had vulvar swelling bc of the intense itching and cottage cheese like discharge. I had a slit in the upper part of my vagina right where the labia majora meets. I was using a feminine spray so i attributed the itching to that as well but I assumed it was a yeast infection so i called my dr and she treated me for the yeast infection. I didn't take the meds til about a wk and a half later. At this time i noticed small red spots on my labias but they were so flat i would've never noticed them until i actually looked. They did hurt slightly when urine passed over them. But they went away with no scabbing just 2 days after taking the meds for the severe yeast infection.  I have read that a severe yeast infection can sometimes cause some spots that are similar to herpes. Im just curious as to what ur dr thnks you have?
