Tingling testis and frequent urination

About a month ago I received unprotected oral sex from a stranger. Within about 5 days to a week I began feeling a tingling sensation in my testicles.  I also started urinating frequently. I was tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia about 2 weeks after the incident. Both came back negative. Since then, the symptoms have been off and on. I've also had slight soreness in my groin/inner thigh area, and occasionally a slight, quick pain at the tip of my penis. No bumps, blisters or sores. Any ideas?

These are not herpes symptoms, so no concerns there.
