Tiny red bump, no pus, no itching, no tingling, no pain whatsoever.

On July 5th I had kissed a boy who seemed to had a bump on his lip, I asked what it was & he said it came from shaving. In a few days I worked up with a red bump on my lip & I started freaking out. It's a very small red bump, very tiny. It doesn't itch, no pain, no puss, if I touch it, it goes flat. It's really a bump, just a red spot. But if I turn my head the opposite way, it looks to be a little rise up. I do Apply a lot of carmax on, to keep my lips moist, I Just wanna know what this is

this doesn't sound like oral herpes. If you are concerned, be seen by a medical provider but really sounds like nothing.
